These terms are an agreement between you and Digital Reach LLC ("we") covering your use of the VendBook app and website. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
VendBook is a bookkeeping tool for trading card vendors: it records the transactions you choose to enter, reads price stickers from your photos, and looks up market price estimates for cards you scan.
This is the important one. Market comps, sticker reads, card identifications, and suggested offers are estimates produced by automated systems working from photos and third-party market data. They can be wrong: a misread sticker, a wrong printing, a stale price. VendBook shows its work precisely so you can verify it: the match badge, the catalog art, the editable rows. Every buying, selling, and trading decision is yours alone. We are not a party to your transactions and are not liable for deals made in reliance on the app's estimates. Verify before money changes hands.
Your ledger belongs to you. You can export it as CSV anytime and delete your account (and all its data) in Settings. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We work hard to keep VendBook fast and accurate, but the service is provided "as is," without warranties, and depends on third-party data sources that can change or become unavailable. We may update features, prices for new subscribers, and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Reach LLC's total liability for any claim related to VendBook is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits on card transactions.
